We have been analyzing the histamine levels of our classic wines for several years and can offer a selection of histamine-free or low-histamine wines. The current vintages of the following three wines have a maximum histamine value of 0.2mg/l and can be classified as low in histamine (at the time of submission). *The personal tolerance limit is different.
